As President of Eagle Research, Inc., she ran a highly successful nationwide executive search firm for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Her company was the only 100% female owned pharma/biotech search firm in the country with US government GSA Contractor approval.
As an Instructor in the Cotsakos College of Business at William Paterson University (Wayne, NJ) she teaches undergraduates in the Marketing and Management Department. Her courses have included Human Resource Management, Negotiating and Entrepreneurship – Small Business Management and Principles of Management. She sits on the University Core Curriculum Committee where she is active in evaluating and approving courses University-wide.
Annette holds a BA in Biology from Hofstra University, another degree in Medical Science from Long Island University and an MBA with honors from Regis University. Before transitioning into business, she attained national certification and practiced Internal Medicine as a Physician Assistant (P.A.) in New York City area hospitals and private practices.
Annette is a semi-professional musician and can be heard in a variety of NY/NJ venues playing flute/piccolo, saxophone, and clarinet.
